Often referred to as sub penthouses, these apartments feature modern design, two private balconies; one overlooking Surfers Paradise to the north and the other showcasing Broadbeach to the south, perfect for taking in the stunning Gold Coast coastline. With minimum stays of 3 nights, these premium apartments combine style, comfort, and breath-taking views for an unforgettable experience.

Each apartment features two private balconies, one facing north towards Surfers Paradise and the other south to Broadbeach, showcasing the best of the coastline. The bedding configuration includes 1 King, 1 King Split, and 1 Double, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The master ensuite boasts a luxurious spa bath with sweeping ocean views, complemented by two additional bathrooms (including a powder room) for added convenience. Guests will also enjoy a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and generous open-plan living and dining areas designed for comfort and connection.
